Six Directional Breathing – Qi Gong Meditation

A guided meditation based on a qi gong breathing technique that allows you to expand the breath in 6 different directions, giving a massage to all the organs in the abdomen, as well as the heart and the pelvic region. This breath is both energizing and healing and helps release blockages on all levels (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual).
