Connecting to your Divine Nature

This guided meditation is designed to help you connect to your divine nature and to integrate the parts of self that you may be in judgment of so that you can experience yourself as an expression of the Divine.

This guided meditation is inspired by the teachings of Dr Joe Dispenza, and Karmic Healer, John Jones, It pulls from the disciplines of hypnosis, yogic scriptures, the science of meditation, psychic sleep, and other esoteric and healing practices that bring about the dissolution of the ego allowing us to connect to our divine nature.

In this guided meditation, connecting to your divine nature, you’ll be guided to let go of any identification with the self, past, present, and future, so that you can experience yourself as an expression of the Divine.

This can support you in feeling and opening your heart more and experiencing a state of heart coherence, wholeness, and oneness.

When you recognize all parts of self as an expression of the Divine, you always feel love and loved and you experience your oneness with everyone and everything, which is also an expression of the Divine.

Practicing this meditation daily or several times a day will help with healing, manifestation, creativity, stress-relief, connection, self-love, self-acceptance, self-forgiveness and self-confidence, and feeling more and more whole and integrated, and give you a greater capacity to access the field of pure consciousness where all possibilities are available to you.
