The Fabric of Love Guided Meditation

This guided meditation is designed to help you connect to the true nature of your being, which is made of love, and feel the intrinsic goodness of your being.

This guided meditation is based upon the teachings of Dr Joe Dispenza, Ramana Maharshi, and Jiddhu Krishnamurti. It pulls from the disciplines of self-hypnosis, yogic scriptures, the science of meditation, and other esoteric and healing practices that bring about the dissolution of the ego allowing us to connect to our true essence, love.

In this guided meditation, the fabric of love, you’ll be guided to let go of any identification with the self, past, present, and future, so that you can feel and open your heart and experience a state of heart coherence and wholeness.

When you recognize the goodness of your own being outside of any ego structure or identity, you always feel love and loved and you experience your oneness with everyone and everything, which is also made of love.

Practicing this meditation daily or several times a day will help with healing, manifestation, creativity, stress-relief, connection, self-love and self-confidence, and feeling more and more whole, and give you a greater capacity to access the field of consciousness where all possibilities are available to you.
