The creative process of visualization and imagination used in this meditation is similar to the REM – Rapid Eye Movement – process, and can allow you to safely access deeply buried memories, mental impressions, and fragments of memories that have been stored in various areas of your brain following a difficult or traumatic event.

Through this guided meditation, you can experience a quick release and clearing of prior negative emotional states and difficulties related to painful memories that have not been fully released by processing them out energetically and at all levels of your system.
